Partners
Partnership and collaboration are central to CAPCA’s work.
We work closely with the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC), steward of the Canadian Strategy for Cancer Control. They implement the Strategy, in close collaboration with partners, to improve cancer outcomes for all people in Canada. CAPCA members serve on CPAC’s Partnership Council.
We also partner with the cancer agencies and programs in Canada’s three territories:
- Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority
- Nunavut Department of Health
- Yukon Territory Department of Health and Social Services
Additionally, each of CAPCA’s initiatives is advanced by teams of individuals and organizations including professional associations, federal and pan-Canadian health organizations, patient organizations, research institutions, subject matter experts, and individuals with lived experience.
