CPQR Patient Engagement Guidance Self-Audit

The Canadian Partnership for Quality Radiotherapy (CPQR) provides guidance to Canadian radiotherapy programs on patient engagement.

CPQR worked with the Quality and Standards Committee of the Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology (CARO) to release Patient Reported Outcomes for Canadian Radiation Treatment Programs. This document provides guidance for engagement at the patient, program and systems level.

This self-monitoring tool enables centres to assess their progress against the guidance statements. The results can be used to help set program priorities.

After completing the audit and clicking “Done,” you will receive a certificate to print off and use.
