Registering for an account
To access the self-audits you will need to register for an account. You will be required to provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The name of your organization
- Your region (BC, Prairies, Ontario, Quebec, or Atlantic)
- A password of your choosing. Please save this for future reference!
How to log in
After you have registered, log in at the bottom of the CPQR Self-audit page. Your username is the email address you registered with.
When you’ve logged in, you will see a list of the available self-audits. As long as you are signed in, you will have complete access to the self-audit tools.
Completing the self-audits
Click on the self-audit you’re interested in completing. You’ll be taken to an introductory page that includes:
- A link to the related guideline documentation in pdf format. This will open in a new tab or window so you can refer to it while performing the self-audit.
- A blue button (right side of screen) that says Enroll in this CPQR self-audit. Click this button to begin the self-audit. All self-audits are a series of multiple-choice questions.
After completion
Upon finishing the self-assessment, you’ll be taken to a completion screen that includes the following options:
- Print your certificate: Gives you the option to print or download your certificate of completion. This certificate can always be accessed online while logged into your account.
- View questions: Displays the questions asked, your selected answers, and a guideline reference for each question.
- Continue: Takes you back to the self-audit description and materials.
- Restart: To complete the self-audit again.
Once you have completed one or more self-audits, returning to the main CPQR Self-audits page while logged in will include a record of your past activity along with the complete list of available self-audits. Clicking the drop-down arrow will provide additional info, including your certificates of completion.
